Yorkshire Puddings

This recipe is so easy! all you need is a muffin tin and blender.

These breads are eggy and go perfectly with any sort of gravy or meat dish, and especially heart soups! It’s so easy!!


1 1/2 cup whole milk

1 1/4 flour

4 large eggs

1/2 tsp salt

Blend all ingredients well and let sit at least 30 minutes or longer in the fridge.

Grease heavily a muffin tin with vegetable or canola oil and set to heat up on your oven at 425F. Once it’s blazing hot, almost smoking, take out and immediately fill 3/4 of the way with batter. You’ll hear an sizzle and that’s good! Back Into the oven it goes doe 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve immediately with butter. Great for meat dishes or with gravy and soups!
