Hadley's Spicy Dipping Sauce

This sauce combines some classic Asian(Korean gochujang, soy sauce, and others) ingredients with typical American ingredients for a spicy-sweet fusion.


3-4 tbs soy sauce

1tbs ketchup

1tbs strawberry jam

1tbs honey

1-2tbs gochujang

Dash garlic powder

1 tsp grated ginger

2 tsp sriracha

1-2tbs sugar

2tbs hot water

2tsp chili flake

3-4 tbs Mayo (optional)

In a small bowl with a small whisk, combine ingredients in the order they are listed, whisking in between to combine very well. Sauce will last for a week covered in the fridge!

If you are wanting your sauce to be creamy, and a tad mellower, add in the mayo, otherwise you can also leave it out and that heat is very concentrated.
