These were super easy to make, they did take a while but what I spent in prep I gained in relaxation while the #ninjafoodi did the rest! ⠀ ⠀ Recipe: ⠀ ~4lb pork shoulder/butt cut into 2inch portions. ⠀ 2 yellow onions peeled and halved. ⠀ 1 head garlic pealed and halved. ⠀ 1 large orange halved. ⠀ 2 limes halved. ⠀ 1 tsp oregano ⠀ 1 tsp cumin⠀ 1 cup chicken stock⠀-I used two bouillon cubes 2tsp diced jalapeño (optional) seeded. ⠀ Combine all this in the base of your foodi, squeeze all your citrus and throw them is as well, stirring to combine and set the pressure lid on and lock. ⠀ High pressure for 25 minutes. Quick release, then remove everything from the pot but the meat and juices. ⠀ Put on sauté high for about 15 minutes until most of the liquid is gone, stirring occasionally. I moved it around like twice. It was fine. ⠀ Set the air fryer lid on and broil for 10 minutes. Done! ⠀ Enjoyyyyyy ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ #picoftheday #eat #delish #eats #teacher #delicious #easycooking #trending #recipe #easyrecipe #foodgram #hadleyskitchen #dinner #lunch #breakfast #happy #igfood #foodporn #food #foodie #tasty #cook #carnitas #pressurecooker #instapot A post shared by Hadley’s Kitchen (@hadleyskitchen) on Aug 26, 2020 at 8:11pm PDT#ninjafoodi #pork #healthyrecipe #Recipe #delicious #pressurecooker #Cooking #healthymeal #carnitas #instagram2 views0 commentsPost not marked as liked
